Fitness Anywhere is a family-run, full-service personal training business that operates both virtually online, at our studios in downtown Ottawa and Amherstburg, Ontario and mobile at corporate offices and for corporate events. We offer holistic nutritional meal planning to clients anywhere in the world, for weight loss, superior athletic performance, or simply better health and well-being. We also provide custom personal training to anyone, anywhere in the world using our 7000 exercise video database. Individualized workouts designed with your goals in mind can be played on your smart phone or printed from your computer. Fitness Anywhere is launching their Amherstburg studio in January 2014 in the heart of the historic downtown on Dalhousie Street.
Founded by Kathy Robiatille in 2005 in Paris France, she moved the business to Ottawa in 2010. It is now owned and operated by her and husband, celebrity trainer and nutritionist Andrew Judson. The send their expertise around the world with their customized, Online Personal Training and Nutritional Meal Planning. The goal is not
only to see each individual to their own potential, but also to educate about the ways that regular exercise and healthy eating habits can be incorporated into people’s lives no matter what equipment they have. Whether you are training with them one on one in

Kathy has been working in the fitness industry as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer in Canada, England and France since 2004. She trains clients of all levels and abilities, who have a variety of different goals from post childbirth weight loss to sport specific performance enhancement. She also has a Bachelor of Education and experience teaching Physical Education in the British and Canadian school systems, which has helped her to master the art of teaching technique and the importance of tailoring to the learner. Kathy is very knowledgeable, organized and personable.

Melissa grew up as a competitive athlete and this was the kick start to her love for an active lifestyle. Her love and knowledge of a balanced healthy lifestyle grew as she attended Lakehead University completing her BSc in human kinetics. She began sharing her passion with others teaching bootcamps, spin classes and personal training and knew she had found her calling! Most recently she completed the register massage therapy program from Algonquin College and is very excited to be pairing up with Kathy, Andrew and Mark to bring her highly infectious energy to the team!!!

Jose grew up in Colombia and became a citizen of Canada 12 years ago. An Accountant by education, Jose decided to turn things around and dedicate the rest of his life to being a fitness professional. He has been training for the last 5 years religiously, education himself in many different aspects of fitness and healthy living and is so passionate about his own transformation that he decided that he wanted to have the same impact on others. He is a CanfitPro Personal Trainer Specialist, C.O.R.E Cycling Instructor (indoor and outdoor) and is CPR certified. He enjoys attending workshops at one of the largest luxury gyms in the world, Equinox, learning new techniques and new approaches to fitness and exercise. I hopes to inspire people, and help them understand that healthy living is an easy thing to do when you have the proper guidance and inspiration.

Megan truly believes there is an athlete in each and everyone, and with the right combination of nurturing, support, challenge and mental readiness, we can all achieve great feats. Being physically prepared for what life throws at us (good and bad) is key. Finding out what really makes people go that extra mile, and then setting the stage to make it happen is what keeps this girl passionate about being a trainer. Having experienced the gauntlet of competitive sport, Megan has all the tools to help you achieve your goals, whether it be running an ultra marathon, cycling the Pyrenees, or changing your body composition. Megan graduated from Queens University with an honours degree in Biology and is a long-time CORE certified indoor cycling instructor/Can Fit Pro personal trainer with a special interest in functional and endurance training.
