Fitness Anywhere is a family-run full service personal training business that operates both virtually online, at the studio in downtown Ottawa, and mobile at corporate offices and for corporate events. We offer holistic nutritional meal planning to clients anywhere in the world, for weight loss, superior athletic performance, or simply better health and well-being. We also provide custom personal training to anyone, anywhere in the world using our 7000 exercise video database. Personal Training, In-Home, At Our Studio, or Online
Our trainers offer each individual client customized personal training programs that are created after a wealth of information about you has been collected. We will help you determine, then achieve your goals. We offer a private personal training studio, the option to have training done in your home, or can create you an online plan that you can do at your own gym, even hundreds of miles away. If traveling to the gym is a hassle in itself and putting a damper on you reaching your goals, why not train from the privacy of your own home with a personal trainer who brings the workout and equipment to you.
FITNESS ANYWHERE LIFESTYLE NUTRITION
Our nutrition plans work according to your specific BODY TYPE and NUTRIENT
TIMING, which is carefully matched to your individual schedule for training,
your sleep patterns, your stress levels, and numerous other factors. Our clients
follow a 6 phase plan, and report back every month with measurements, photos and
feedback and then receive an entirely new phase with food rotation.
How it works:
• You fill in an extensive questionaire on our website that answers a series of
individual lifestyle questions, medical history, eating patterns, work schedule,
sleep schedule etc., including your top 3 fitness and weight loss goals and
• Our holistic nutritionist creates a blueprint of your body type and the nutrient
timing necessary for you to achieve your specific goals. There is no thinking or
calorie counting on your part.
• Your first phase will come with a list of groceries, and a timed schedule for meals
and snacks. Each time slot will have different meal options as well so that you
can rotate what you’re eating on a day to day basis. All the calories are counted
for you and foods are selected based on what works best for your body type and
your optimal digestive patterns. We limit certain foods, but don’t eliminate them,

provide feedback, make any necessary changes to your schedule and ask any
questions you may have. Most individuals have a dramatic shed of body fat at

FITNESS ANYWHERE VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING
Our online training is a way to train ANYWHERE, no matter what equipment you
have with the professionalism and expertise of a personal trainer guiding you along
the way. The online training is ideal, as it not only takes all of the knowledge
and expertise of live personal training, as well as the accountability of having
a scheduled meeting with someone, but does so at a mere fraction of the cost.
Workouts are professionally customized to your individual goals. We use a 6000 +
exercise database containing short video clips of exercises and drag and drop them
into your individual plan, created just for you!
How our training works:
• You fill out an extensive questionaire on our website that includes exercise
history, injuries, along with measurements, weight, photos and personal fitness
• We create you a customized plan for each day of the week in your phase that can
be executed at your home, office, gym or literally anywhere. The sequences of
exercises can be played on your smart phone, computer, tablet or can be printed
as a PDF copy.
• Your personal trainer will provide the appropriate amount of repetitions and sets
for you to achieve your goals. A completion of the workout will be sent back to
the trainer once you’re finished with any relevant statistics and comments about
the session that you’d like to include.
• Each month/phase, you resubmit your measurements, weight and photos and we
resend you a completely new plan to accommodate your ever-changing strength
and to coincide with our nutrition plans. Just when your workouts
begin to feel good and easier to perform, we’ll change them,
and move you into your next phase, keeping the body guessing
and adding variety throughout all 6 phases.
In-Office/Corporate Personal Training
If your work week schedule is too hectic to get away from the office, our personal trainers will bring the activity to you either at your corporate training facility, right in your office, or at the place of your choice before your day begins, during your lunch hour, or after work.
Group Fitness – Studio/Private Group/Corporate
We offer a variety of group fitness classes, which can be a very cost-effective way to reach your fitness goals and to train with a great group of people!
