Our nutrition plans are 100% customized to your needs and are based on over a dozen of your personal criteria, but most importantly your specific body type (endomorph, mesomorph or ectomorph) and your specific nutrient timing needs. Your body needs specific nutrients at certain times depending on when you’re exercising, how much sleep you’re getting, how much stress you have, how much weight you wish to lose (or gain), and the list goes on. What you eat and when is also important. Some body types should avoid certain foods altogether, while other body types thrive on those same nutrients.
Our Holistic Process
No matter where you are, we can help! All over the world, there are people getting the results they want on our meal plans. We start by collecting a bible of data from you (see the client info tab on this site). Then we offer you an optional 4 day cleanse that preps the body for all the nutrients you are about to receive and gives it a fresh clean slate. Then you are given a grocery list and an hour by hour day with scheduled meals and snacks. There are loads of options for each meal so that you’re not stuck eating the same thing day after day. You get in touch with any questions or comments throughout the initial phase by email, phone or skype. After 5 weeks, you send us in your measurements, scale reading and photos. You then get your second phase. After 6 months, you’re where you want to be, you’ve learned what works with your body type and can sustain this pattern for life. We’ll provide you with an exit maintenance plan and a huge pat on the back. You’ll become one of thousands who loses weight and keeps it off for life.
For the most part, we recommend 100% organic fruits, vegetables and meats. We can create plans for vegetarians, those with gluten allergies, as well as any other dietary restrictions you may have.
