BOOTCAMP combines a variety of intensive strength and conditioning exercises performed over timed sequences of 30 seconds to one minute using both body weight and free weights. Circuits are performed in stations and a variety of options are available for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Suspension Training Group class combines calisthenics movements and suspending your own bodyweight with straps and ropes. Excellent for a total body workout that emphasizes the core in particular. Beginner to advanced levels welcome.

Muay Thai Conditioning

Muay Thai Conditioning is a “burn and learn” class that will teach you the basic methods of this traditional Thai combat sport, while making you sweat and burn all over as you use fists, shins, elbows, knees and feet to “strike.” An intensive class where all levels are welcome to join and learn at their own rate at any time!

Relentless

A ruthless, tough workout where combination moves that work the entire body are the building blocks to your burn session. Exercises start with A then B, but before C, we have to repeat A, B then C. Before D A, B, C then D and so on until you’re cooked!

SORE to the CORE

This 45 minute class will have your heart rate up and your core tight in no time! The class will utilize every minute progressing through intervals of core based exercises to full body movements that utilize body weight in order to keep the heart rate up and calories burning.

POWER YOGA

This power class is a flowing and dynamic use of the body and the breath to cultivate ‘tapas’ or internal fire. Tapas refers to the energy and heat that coincide with mental resolve and determination in a physically challenging practice. The class focuses on core strength, stability and balance in a constant flow of movement that challenges the body and mind in new ways.

Suspended Aerial Yoga
COMING SOON! Using all of the breathing principles of yoga in combination with the power and strength of Suspension Training, this class will have you strong and feeling rejuvenated. Some of the benefits of Aerial Iso-Yoga are: developing upper body strength, learning to stretch deeper as the fabric helps support some of your body weight, develop a stronger core, improve balance, reinforce body alignment, aide digestion, improve lymphatic function and improve circulation.
