Thanks for your interest in our small group Fitness Classes! Please select the class that you’d like to attend from the drop down menu in the tabs above.
GROUP CLASS POLICIES – PLEASE READ
1) Please reserve your spot a maximum of 24 hours before the class and a minimum of 1 hour before the class. All reservations outside these times will not be considered.
. Reservations are for YOUR benefit as we will notify you in the instance of a class cancellation, or if the class is full. It also allows the instructor to properly prepare for the class.
2) If you reserve a spot and must cancel, please do so a minimum of 1 hour before the class. If you are a no show or cancel via email within an hour of the class time, your class card will be docked for one class, or you will be asked to pay the drop in rate upon your next visit. We understand that life sometimes happens. Please only reserve when you are certain of your attendance. Your co-operation will make for a more pleasant experience for all.
3) Indoor training shoes or bare feet only. Please no shoes that have been worn outside.
4) If you are a group class card holder, please bring it with you and place on the window ledge during class for your instructor to punch. If you are paying a drop in fee from our website, please print off your receipt and place it with the class cards for your instructor to view as proof of purchase.
