A Fitness Anywhere Boot Camp is a minute-by-minute-intense-ab-sculpting-butt-burning-cardio-enhancing-sweat-dripping-ass-kicker…that never gets easier! Each minute of the class is different, and includes movements that use the entire body all at once. Anyone can participate! Each movement has variations for beginner, intermediate, and advanced! Everyone works at their own level.
How do we differ from other Boot Camps?
- Our instructors are creative and knowledgeable and can work around injuries and other obstacles that would inhibit results.
- We use equipment! Many Boot Camps in Ottawa are held outdoors only and instructors don’t have access to equipment. Not us! We use the newest hottest equipment, such as TRX suspension trainers, stability balls, weights…you name it, we got it!
- We offer an indoor option! So when others Boot Camps are canceling their classes due to storms and other bad weather, our groups head indoors in our air-conditioned studio which was designed specifically for group classes.
- We keep our classes SMALL to enable a better trainer/client ratio. This creates a safer more effective training atmosphere, where you can be monitored more closely for better results.
